We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy team within a well-established education setting in Liverpool City Centre.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong organisational skills, and can manage a busy workload whilst maintaining attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to a busy office team
• Managing records and updating internal databases
• Using the Pinpoint ATS system to maintain accurate information
• Coordinating documentation and processing information efficiently
• Handling emails, telephone enquiries and general correspondence
• Supporting with compliance and onboarding administration
• Assisting with reporting and data entry tasks
• Ensuring records are accurate and up to date

About You

• Previous administration experience within a busy office environment
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office packages
• Experience using Pinpoint ATS would be highly advantageous
• Able to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines
• Professional and confident communication skills
• Comfortable handling confidential information

• Based within an education setting in Liverpool City Centre
• Successful applicants will be required to complete a DBS check before commencing work on campus
• Immediate start available
• Initial duration of 4 weeks, with potential for extension
