You’ll also need to complete a Right to Work check through TRUSTID using your physical passport, ensuring the MRZ (Machine Readable Zone) is clearly visible.
A: Yes. Temporary workers can choose whether to accept an assignment. However, refusing work may affect future assignment opportunities depending on availability.

A: Most temporary workers who earn above the government’s minimum earnings threshold and meet the eligibility criteria will qualify for Statutory Sick Pay (SSP). If you’re unsure, please contact the Adele Carr admin team, who can advise you.
A: You should notify both Adele Carr and the client as soon as possible in line with the agreed reporting procedure. If you’re absent for more than seven calendar days, you may need to provide medical evidence.
A: Speak to your Adele Carr consultant as soon as possible. We’ll work with you and the client to resolve any issues where possible.
A: Once your timesheet has been approved, your wages will be paid via BACS every Friday.
A: You’ll receive an email inviting you to register for the online timesheet portal. Timesheets must be completed, submitted and authorised by 10:00am every Monday.
A: You’re responsible for ensuring your timesheet is completed correctly and authorised. Missing authorisation or late submission may delay your payment.

A: Yes. You’ll receive a payslip showing your gross pay, deductions (such as PAYE tax and National Insurance), holiday pay, and your net pay.
A: Deductions may include Income Tax (PAYE), National Insurance, pension contributions (where applicable), and any other deductions required by law or authorised by you.
A: Yes. Temporary workers accrue holiday pay based on the hours they work.
A: You accrue 28 days’ holiday per year, calculated as 12.07% of the hours you work.
A: Holiday pay is accrued and is paid only for holiday that has been earned.
A: You should first check with your manager that your requested holiday is convenient. Then submit your holiday hours through the online timesheet portal. Holiday pay will be processed with your next weekly pay.
A: Any remaining accrued holiday pay will be paid when your assignment ends, unless you’re moving directly onto another Adele Carr Recruitment assignment.
A: This depends on your Terms of Engagement and the assignment. Some assignments may end without notice, while others require a notice period. Check your Confirmation Letter or speak to your consultant.
A: We’ll let you know as soon as possible and will work to find you another suitable assignment where available.
A: Any outstanding accrued holiday pay will be included in your final payment unless you’re moving straight to another Adele Carr assignment.
