With a background in retail management, Lucy gained extensive experience in HR and internal recruitment, which sparked a passion for a career in recruitment. Now working in the Payroll and HR division at Adele Carr, she enjoys connecting talent with the right opportunities and combining industry insight with a people-focused approach.
Outside of work, Lucy enjoys staying active through the gym and Pilates, travelling, cooking and getting lost in a good book.
