Coming from a Sales and Customer Service background, Lauren has always enjoyed meeting and speaking to new people so it was a natural move into Recruitment.
Lauren worked for 8 years as a Senior Consultant for the Chester division of ACR before moving into her new role recruiting internally and training inhouse.
She has keen interest in fashion and interior design, and is a self-confessed shopaholic.
