I’m partnering with a growing, forward-thinking accountancy practice in Northwich that’s looking for an Audit Senior to join its team. This is a strong move for someone ACA or ACCA qualified, or close to qualifying, who wants more client ownership, more variety and a clearer route to progression.

This is more than just another audit role-you’ll take ownership of your own portfolio, work directly with clients, mentor junior team members and be part of a firm that genuinely invests in its people.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion, taking responsibility for budgets, timelines, fieldwork and final delivery across a varied client portfolio
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact.
• Review work, support junior team members and help them develop their audit and accounts knowledge through coaching and feedback.
• Prepare statutory accounts for limited companies.
• Ensure assignments are delivered on time, within budget and to a high technical standard.

What We’re Looking For

• ACA/ACCA qualified.
• At least 3 years’ experience within an accountancy practice.
• Strong knowledge of UK audit and accounting standards.
• Confident managing client relationships and leading audit assignments.
• Full UK driving licence.
