What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading audits from planning to completion
• Managing your own portfolio
• Building meaningful client relationships
• Coaching and developing junior team members

What You Won’t Be Doing

• 60‑hour busy seasons
• Soul‑destroying low‑fee audits
• Carrying the workload of two people
• Being overlooked for promotion

Who We’re Looking For

• ACA/ACCA qualified
• Strong audit background
• Confident communicator with leadership potential
