Pentre Group is a UK-based manufacturer and supplier of reels, drums, spools and related packaging/processing equipment for a range of industries. They were formed in 1988 and are regarded as one of the leading manufacturers of these products in Europe.
Pentre Group was entering a critical phase of growth and required two senior leadership appointments to support its next chapter: a Finance/Commercial Director and an Operations Director. The brief demanded candidates who could add immediate value, align with the board’s vision, and help scale the business sustainably.
